05 What is PEB material?
PEBs are primarily made of steel. The primary load-bearing structures, such as columns and beams, are fabricated from MS steel or galvanised steel. For wall and roof cladding, we use corrugated metal sheets that are either single- or double-insulated with polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, rockwool, or glasswool. Doors and windows are available in a variety of materials, including aluminium, steel, and wood. The mezzanine floor, if applicable, is constructed from galvanised decking sheet.

06 How do you make a PEB building?
PEBs are manufactured offsite in a factory where the every component viz-a-viz the loading bearing structures (columns and beams) and wall / roof panels are fabricated. These are then carried to the job site for assembly and installation.
